TEAC R-61 Cassette Data Recorder with Dynamic Microphone, Case & Manual - Japan

You are bidding on a vintage TEAC model R-61 Cassette Data Recorder. This item is in very nice overall used condition and includes a TEAC Dynamic Microphone, carrying case with strap and its original instruction manual. The unit operates on 6 “D” size batteries or a DC 9V power supply (batteries and DC power supply not included). I did test the power function on the unit with batteries and the item does power up but that is the extent that the recorder has been tested so it is being sold “As-Is For Parts or not Working”.
Description of the TEAC R-61 from the instruction manual:
“Model R-61 Cassette Data Recorder is an instrumental cassette data recorder used for recording and reproducing 4-channel analog signals using a compact cassette tape.”
