    Description

    The Flexible Seal Roofing Sealant is a solvent based single component, primerless, modified Kraton? G elastomeric mastic coating graded for exterior use only. It is a high performance sealant that can be used for small holes, narrow cracks, and seams on glass, aluminum, steel, concrete, wood brick, clay, and tile substrates. The elastomeric characteristic allows the sealant to expand & contract in the heat of the mid day where temperatures may vary 70 degrees Fahrenheit in a matter of hours. This roofing based sealant can be applied on either a dry area or damp surface in temperatures rating from -30 degrees to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Paintable after 24 hours with latex paint, Flexible Seal will outlast traditional asphalt based repair products that do not remain flexible for the long term.
