    this sale is for a pair of chain binders ,,marker 1/2-5/16,,,and have 8 inch long handles,,someone has altered them with iron stirrups,,that are 2-1/2 inches tall,,9 inches long,,on the bottom and 8 inches tall at the top,,this is measured from the inside,,,and they are tapered,,unsure what they were made for,,very heavy,,,the binders have paint wear and surface rust,,the stirrups have surface rust and c=some nicks on the edges,,,,no cracks or breaks,,any questions just send me an email,,,,thank you
